License number (if applicable)

Complete onboarding paperwork once you accept a position

We do not use text/SMS messaging for applicant communication.


5. How We Store and Protect Your Information

We use GoHighLevel (a secure CRM platform) to manage applicant data.
Access to your information is limited to authorized recruiting team members only.
We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access.


6. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your applicant information for up to 12 months unless you request that we delete it sooner.
If you join our team, your data will be retained as part of your contractor file.
